It's the time of year when the weather can greatly affect the quality and resilience of an installation. In addition to the stress it puts on our installation team, the cold temperatures can have a negative affect on the flexibility of the materials even to the point of mechanical failure. Once wind chill temperature drop below 10° fahrenheit outdoor involved installations may be placed on "standby" until the cold front passes. If it were simply a matter of limiting our time outdoors we could work around that, but coupled with the risk of damaging frozen wire (pre-installed or new) it presents an issue with regard to providing a quality installation. The weather widget below contains a recommendation for outdoor projects for reference. Please understand. Sincerely, the guys @ the Hat.
